Overview

"INTELLISHIELD" heavy-duty radiant barrier foil was the first product ever developed by GenerationalEnergy. Attic temperatures can reach more than 140 degrees and trying to cool your home is a heavy load on HVAC systems. When stapled to the underside of the roof rafters in your attic or layed directly over your insulation you will see a noticeable reduction in your energy consumption while increasing your homes overall comfort level. "INTELLISHIELD" heavy-duty radiant barrier foli is a highly reflective double sided aluminized reinforced polyester film that reflects 95% of radiant heat taking your house out of the sun and providing shading by acting as a thermal barrier. For the Apollo program NASA helped develop a thin aluminum metalized film which reflected 95% of the radiant heat. Metalized film was used to protect spacecraft, equipment and astronaut from thermal radiation in the extreme temperature fluctuations of space. Radiant barrier was inducted into the Space Technology hall of Fame in 1996. "INTELLISHIELD" heavy duty radiant barrier has received dual Class A fire ratings for both ASTM E84 and the newest E2599 mounting method testing standards. Radiant barrier roll sizes come 26" wide (500sqft) or 50" wide (1000sqft). "INTELLISHIELD" heavy-duty radiant barrier is a must and sits at the cornerstone of energy saving products.

INTELLISHIELD RADIANT BARRIER 25-YEAR LIFETIME WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY. GenerationalEnergy Inc. warrants the original owner and all subsequent owners of the building (each a “Product Owner”) in which GenerationalEnergy INTELLISHIELD Radiant Barrier Product intended for use within the attic either on the underside of roof rafters, or laid out over attic insulation as is originally installed, is free from defects in material and manufacturing. The word "Lifetime" as used in this warranty, is defined as a term of 25 years from the date of purchase. When used in its original intended purpose and properly maintained with proper installation of the product is performed in conjunction with instructions, and if the product is not damaged, misused, or mishandled after delivery and installation by dealer.

Product will comply with GenerationalEnergy Inc. specifications for the Product.
After delivery to the Product Owner by GenerationalEnergy the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service that materially impair the Product’s ability to reduce heat transfer by solar radiation for the Lifetime of the product.
The Product will remain free of areas of separation of the foil greater than 10% of surface area, which result in material reduction of the Product’s ability to reduce solar heat gain from the purchase date for the Lifetime of the product.

GenerationalEnergy INC. DISCLAIMS All OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No Dealer, installer, broker, wholesaler, employee or agent of said representative of GenerationalEnergy Inc. has the authority to promise or give any warranty different from, or in addition to, the express warranties set forth herein, nor the authority to waive any of the exclusions from warranties set forth herein. If you purchase and use the Product, in a state that does now allow certain warranties to be disclaimed, then such warranties are limited to the shortest period as required or permitted under the law of your state.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not apply to any of the following damage criteria:

Foil delamination on the outside edges for more than 50 feet of the roll.
Large areas (more than one square foot) of delaminated foil.
Improper installation, misuse, improper maintenance of, or changes, modifications or alterations to the Product.
Severe weather conditions, lightning, floods, hurricanes, tornados, or other acts of God.
Repair, reconstruction, or alteration to the building structure after the original product installation.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased product to GenerationalEnergy within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase for a full refund including shipping with a *re-stocking fee, provided it has not been installed, in original packaging, and in new & resalable condition. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

GenerationalEnergy Inc. WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED, DAMAGED, OR OTHERWISE RETURNED UNUSABLE FOR RESALE. Any damaged item must be reported within 7 days from . No refund after 30 days, no exceptions.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item, you may return the purchased product to GenerationalEnergy within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase in exchange for another model provided it has not been installed, in original packaging, and in new & resalable condition. Exchanges will be charged a reduced re-stocking fee of 10%. GenerationalEnergy will assume shipping costs on item returned. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges of “new” item shipped.
