Energy Saving HVac Additive
intellibond Hvac additive
Bonds on a molecular level creating a more energy effecient system to heat and cool your home. This additive can restore lost performance to any system saving you time and money.
Molecular bonding agent for hvac
Overview
Heating and cooling accounts for 50% of a typical homeowners power bill. Your HVAC system losses 7% efficiency the first year and 5% the second year of operation and 2% each year thereafter. IntelliBond permanently restores systems back to their like new condition or original energy efficiency rating. IntelliBond reconditions, restores and maintains efficiency by improving heat transfer in condenser and evaporator coils in the air conditioning, heat pump and refrigeration systems. IntelliBond is a metal conditioner and surface modifier that form an electrochemical bond to metal surfaces thru molecular bonding technology that increases lubricity making A/C systems blow colder air and saving energy by having less run time. It is extremely important to note that IntelliBond does not include elements of the halogen group such as chlorine, fluorine, sulfur and phosphorous that form highly corrosive acids like other competitors products. IntelliBond does not contain PTFE (Teflon) or any other particulates like powdered metal of plastics. IntelliBond has been thoroughly endorsed, tested and proven to be the only product of its kind. Whether you own a home or business this energy saving product is an absolute must and a tribute to American engineering.
- IntelliBond permanently restores A/C to “like new” condition increasing system performance.
- Drastically reduces Kwh energy consumption providing substantial energy savings.
- Removes oil fouling and prevents future fouling from clogging the unit.
- Reduces noise, vibration, enhances heat transfer, reduces oxidation, reduces maintenance, keeps valves from sticking and improves suction and discharge of the compressor.
- Makes A/c units blow colder air and increases removal of latent heat (moisture in the air) making HVAC systems have less run time which reduces your electric bill.
- Meets ASTM and ASHREA standards and will not affect manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty
GENERATIONAL ENERGY INC. “INTELLIBOND” products contain no harmful ingredients that might damage seals, metals or gaskets materials, and will not cause any material damage to mechanically sound equipment when used in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations. Equipment manufacturer’s maintenance criteria is to be followed per the recommendations and instructions. The installation of our “INTELLIBOND” product will not void the equipment manufacturer’s warranty. Generational Energy’s IntelliBond additive is manufactured to be an exact match to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer of the compressors.
Installation
Pretreatment
- Oil sample analysis of the installed refrigeration compressor oil should be taken if at all possible and mandatory in all cases where there is an accessible sump.
- Benchmark (or pretreatment operation) data of the system should be taken and recorded prior to installation.
- A qualified "Air conditioning & Refrigeration" (A/C&R) technician should perform a standard maintenance inspection before any refrigeration system is treated with IntelliBond. This inspection should, at a minimum, verify that the following conditions exist:
- Head pressure and suction pressure within design limits.
- Absence of oil or refrigerant leakage.
- Coils, filters, strainers, etc. are clean and free of obstructions.
- Thermostats or control systems functioning properly.
- Heat exchanger coil fins free of dust, dirt, and corrosion.
- Ensure that the maintenance person responsible for the system has obtained and is current on any manufacturer's maintenance bulletins or modifications to procedures or maintenance material.
- Instruct maintenance personnel that IntelliBond will displace oil and carbon deposits on tube surfaces. Particularly in older systems, these deposits and oil returning to the compressor may clog in-line filters, separators, and driers and/or oil filters. It is mandatory that a substantial supply of the replaceable items mentioned be provisioned in advance of installation.
Residential Installation instructions
- If the system is charged, start the unit and keep it running throughout the installation.
- Introduce IntelliBond into the unit's cool gas suction line valve or low-pressure port on the refrigerant line.
- An injection pump designed for the application should be used to ensure no contaminants are introduced.
- It is important that neither air nor moisture be allowed to enter the system during this process.
- The fluid is to be injected very slowly into the system. Observe the valve to avoid bubbling.
- The FTA advises that if the system is smaller than 25 tons (88 kW) of cooling, the fluid may be introduced in a single treatment. However if more fluid is required, it is recommended to use two equal treatments to obtain the appropriate dosage.
- It is not unusual to see a slight increase in energy consumption immediately following treatment as the fluid begins to move throughout the system and oil and other particles are displaced. Dividing the treatment into smaller doses minimizes this effect.
IntelliBond Alternative commercial Installations
- If the system is discharged, introduce the appropriate dosage to the refrigeration oil before charging the system. If possible, remove an amount of refrigeration oil equal to the IntelliBond dosage.
- For a small unit system that is under a charge, "Refrigerant Dye Injector" equipment may be used to introduce the IntelliBond treatment, at the correct ratio (see: IntelliBond Ratio Usage chart), into the unit's cool gas suction line valve or low-pressure port on the refrigerant line. Add IntelliBond to the system by the same procedures that are normally employed to add refrigerant dye to an A/C&R system. Alternatively, a standard set of A/C&R "technician pressure gauges" may be used to add the IntelliBond fluid by the following procedures: remove the low- pressure hose (blue), fill the hose with the IntelliBond fluid (by opening the valve at the bottom and inserting the fluid into the top of the hose. The hose will be full when the fluid runs out of the bottom of the hose). Reattach the hose to the gauge and slowly allow the gas to move the fluid out of the hose. Re-check pressures and disconnect. It is important that neither air nor moisture be allowed to enter the system through the hose during this process.
Post Treatment
IntelliBond may take one to two weeks of normal operation to disperse completely throughout the system. As the activated molecules bond to metal, they displace oil and carbon deposits on tube surfaces. In older systems, these deposits and oil returning to the compressor may clog in-line filters, separators, and driers and/or oil filters. Maintenance personnel are to observe the system frequently, especially in the first two weeks, and are to clean or replace the filter items as frequently as required.
AC & R Ratio Usage
1. IntelliBond should be added at a rate of 1 fl oz per ton of A/C or 10% of refrigerant oil volume * (1 ton = 12,000 BTU / h / / 3,52 kW)
